how the session works

Event Kickoff

We’ll open the room, introduce sponsors, connect with other business owners, and start with a guided visioning session to get your bigger-picture thinking out of your head and onto paper.

Focused Planning Blocks

Thursday is built around short strategy sessions followed by dedicated planning time, so you are not just listening — you are building the plan as you go. The Thursday agenda alternates sessions and planning time throughout the morning and afternoon.

Business Owner Collaboration

You can work independently, but the room is intentionally built for conversation, feedback, and idea-sharing with other owners.

Lunch, Breaks & Breathing Room

There is time built in to reset, talk through ideas, and step away from the workbook when you need to.

Wrap-Up & Networking

We’ll close by tightening the plan, talking through next steps, and giving people time to keep the conversations going afterward. The agenda includes wrap-up, table talk, closing, and cash bar/networking from 3:30–4:30.
